Eating in the healthy diet for weight loss

Which made me think twice about doing medical consultations on this topic, and trying to write content related to the prescription of a healthy diet recommended by Doctors, With the aim of losing weight, without fatigue or discomfort.

  • And what pills should they take during the diet period?
  • And do all greens help in the process of losing weight?
  • And is eating Qatani in it harmful for those who are coming to the diet?
  • And how can we find out what is allowed and forbidden during the diet period?
  • Is all meat and delicacies forbidden to eat or taste?
  • Is eating liqueur and fruits a benefit for obese people?

Anyone who wants to follow a healthy diet to lose weight should always do medical consultations, follow the advice and not underestimate, exceed or minimize them, because they are taken from the mouths of the doctors themselves, and those with medical specialization in the treatment of obesity.

* First: recommended drinks :


  1. Drink a glass of water early in the morning with Fajr, and at all times pray (at least a liter and a quarter).
  2. Drink water Chew after chew, (cackle by cackle in Moroccan dialect) throughout the day.
  3. Drink tea (Atai in Moroccan dialect) or verbena, and the like only once a day.
  4. Drink boiled milk once a day, (either during breakfast or morning time) in the amount of an average glass.
  5. It is strictly forbidden to drink milk mixed with coffee.
  6. Drink a cup of coffee only by itself, unless there is acidity in the stomach.
  7. Carbonated drinks or canned juices are strictly prohibited.
  8. Only juices made at home are allowed, and they are as follows:
  • Cucumber juice or (green fucus) mixed with a little sour or thyme juice.
  • Carrot juice, beet juice or red beetroot (Barba in the Moroccan dialect), mixed with floral water and cinnamon.
  • Juice of one lemon in a glass of water (used once a week).
  • Banana smoothie, or Avoca with milk.
  • The juice of two sourdough is in a liter of water, to which is added a green peppermint and ground mint (grind in a blender only once).

* Second: the cereals used in the Diet recipe :

  • Whole wheat with Bran is allowed in the form of bread with tartlets, couscous or Harira.
  • It is forbidden to eat hard wheat or (furs, fenu or semolina, whether thick or thin).
  • Barley cereals are allowed only in rare cases only.
  • Doughs whether pasta or spaghetti noodles, cook a little, namely 5 minutes in hot water, with greens.
  • It is forbidden to use hot pepper, oil, or butter with doughs.
  • Eat well-stewed rice cereals.
  • Corn cereals are allowed.


* Third: healthy greens for weight loss :


All BIO-natural vegetables, both fresh and stewed from them, can be eaten provided that they are well peeled, with the fry removed from inside.

* Except only:

  1. Green peas (in the Levant), or galbana (in the Maghreb).
  2. Greenness of green beans.
  3. Greens of cheflor or cauliflower .
  4. Turnip greens or shugaring .
  5. Greenery of cabbage or cabbage, one kind is allowed, only once every three weeks.


* Fourth : recommended Qatani in the diet :

  • They are allowed provided that they are consumed after being taken out of the water for 24 hours (mixed in water in the Moroccan dialect).
  • These pills and lozenges are allowed only once every 3 weeks.


* Note: Qatani can be eaten accompanied by a bundle of garlic, as well as a pinch of coriander and mineral, and if the mixture is not well leveled and cooked, a hand machine can be used to grind it, provided that the permissible limit is not exceeded by just one slip.

Fifth: natural fruits :

  1. Fresh fruits can be eaten at the time of pressing, provided that they are washed well and not too much of them.
  2. Dried fruits can also be taken at the time of the sacrifice, such as natural unsalted almonds , soft dates , raisins, figs or (sliced in Moroccan dialect), prunes…


Sixth: allowed meat :

  1. Beef is allowed once a week, and it is advisable to leave it for good.
  2. Sheep meat is also allowed once a week.
  3. Chicken meat is allowed once a week.
  4. Whale or fish is allowed three times a week.


* Seventh : the Forbidden delicacies and barbecues in the recipe:

  • All fried foods are strictly prohibited, as they contain a lot of saturated oils.
  • Dishes or delicacies, whether cooked (in the Moroccan dialect), boiled or in a tajine or oven, are allowed.
  • Barbecues are allowed only once a week.
  • Not too many spices during cooking.


Eighth: the oils used in the Diet recipe:

  • Allowed only are municipal and natural olive oils without additives .
  • Forbidden is vegetable oil, (Ruma in the Moroccan dialect).
  • Yogurt or soft butter is completely prohibited, and what is allowed is a little butter once in the morning with the news.


Ninth: grains and herbs in diet recipes:

  1. A teaspoon of cereals can be added in white silk, or just ground bread is not changed.
  2. Breezy herbs can be added in the periods of the diet, provided that a small handful of them are placed in the boiling water infusion for 5 minutes, then filtered and drink the breezy water.
  3. We mention the following of the fragrant and healthy herbs: (Al Nafea herb, Eliebzer herb, thyme herb, woolly cumin herb, chamomile herb…)

* Tip: when adding these herbs used in diet recipes, it is never recommended to boil them with water, but it is advisable to boil the water alone and then add the herbs to it.



* Note: it should be borne in mind that all these valuable tips, their sole purpose is to help the patient or people with severe obesity, in order to overcome this distressing obstacle, which causes heart attacks and chronic diseases in the irritable bowel in the long term.
