Gratin with vegetables and meatballs

One of the most important modern Moroccan recipes, and the famous dishes in authentic Moroccan cooking, which is famous for all kinds of delicacies and sweets, we find the recipe for gratin of various varieties, especially stuffed with vegetables with meatballs or minced meat.

Note: the experience of using gratin with various vegetables is a very distinct and wonderful idea, in order to diversify recipes and dishes on the Moroccan table, and a good attempt to invent new things in Moroccan cuisine, because it contains many health benefits, and no home dispenses with it in modern Moroccan cooking, especially on holidays and annual holidays.

And in this video, which I will propose to you today, how to prepare vegetable gratin with meatballs, with all the secrets of its success step by step, useful and healthy, for beginners in the field of cooking.

Recipe ingredients:

  • A quarter kilo of meatballs or minced meat.
  • Assorted vegetables-depending on the choice-.
  • A large glass of white rice.
  • Half a kilo of fresh tomatoes.
  • A few black mushrooms.
  • Two tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • 2 small cloves of garlic.
  • A tablespoon of minerals.
  • A teaspoon of ground sugar.

Used spices: a pinch of ebzar + a pinch of salt.

How to prepare the recipe:

1-the first stage:

At first, we put in a medium-sized frying pan, half a kilo of well-rubbed and washed tomatoes, and then add a couple of teaspoons of vegetable oil.

After that, add a little salt and salt to the mixture, and stir the ingredients well.

Add to it both cloves of garlic, after being finely chopped, and a tablespoon of mineral, and a little sugar.

Stir the mixture well until the ingredients merge among themselves, and put it on low heat for about 5 minutes.

2-the second stage:

At this stage we will prepare the vegetables, to which we will add the filling.

Initially, we will need two fresh carrots, a red, green and yellow bell pepper, as well as two eggplants, and of course, do not forget about potatoes and onions.

We peel and wash it well, remove the impurities inside, and vacuum it from the inside, as shown in the photo above.

We bring a large pot intended for use in the oven, put fresh tomato sauce in it, which has been cooked before.

3-the third stage:

At this stage, we will prepare the filling used in the gratin, and we will need for this purpose a medium-sized bowl or bowl, put a large glass of cooked rice in it, add a bit of salt and mineral salt to it.

We mix the ingredients well, and then add the black mushrooms with meatballs, which have been cooked for 4 minutes to the ingredients.

Very important: after stirring the mixture well, we take all the vegetables used in the explanation, and fill them with the used filling in the middle of the vegetables as shown in the picture, while not filling it too much because we will add the red mince from above, and so on one by one until we finish all the Greens.

Put the greens in the pot with tomato sauce, sprinkle a little red cabbage on top, and a large glass of water.

After finishing, we put the pot in the oven for about 35 to 45 minutes.
