* Ingredients of This recipe :

  • A large bead of onion.
  • A large grain of tomato.
  • A large grain of carrots.
  • 2 small beads of Eggplant.
  • A large grain of potatoes.
  • A bit of sheflor.
  • A few green beans.
  • A few grains of beans.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • A little olive oil.
  • A little olive greens.
  • Spoon K of mineral.
  • 4 cloves of garlic.

Spices : Al-abzaar + Al-sakangibir + turmeric.

* How to prepare This recipe:


Prepare the Moroccan tagine for cooking , in which we will put all the ingredients at once , before putting them on the fire.



At first , we put in the tagine finely chopped onion , add to it a little olive oil and a tablespoon of chopped parsley bundle too.



Put on top of the ingredients 4 cloves of garlic and all the spices mentioned above , and stir the elements well until the ingredients merge with each other.



After mixing the elements well , add in the latter a few tomatoes or chopped tomatoes.


* How to arrange greens in This recipe:


After completing the first stage , we arrange the greens according to their tolerance in cooking.



Put on top of the mixture slices of carrots , then add the potatoes and a bit of broccoli chopped small pieces.



We put all the Greens mentioned above , in proportion and small pieces , according to the size of the tajine used in cooking.



Having finished putting all the greens in their allotted place , we come to the last stage.


* How to decorate Moroccan tagine with greens:


At this stage comes the process of decorating the authentic Moroccan tajine with a few grains of Beans ة and also put a few olives greens and chili optional to taste.

Put at the bottom of the tagine a small amount of water , and close the tagine , and put it in a low heat until the Greens level well , and keep tagine over the fire for 40 minutes until we see the disappearance of water , then extinguish.
