Brief provisions of Zakat al-Fitr and Eid

Praise be to Allah, the Holy Manan , and peace and blessings be upon me , the envoy of mercy to mankind and the elves , but after.

* First: Zakat al-Fitr :

It is said to her : Sadaqah al-Fitr , and it is called so : because she answers the Fitr of Ramadan , and does not attach to her money , but it is related to dhimma , it is zakaah for the soul and body.

It is obligatory for every Muslim , large and small , male and female , free and slave. It is advisable to pay zakaah on the fetus in the womb of its mother if the spirit blows in it , which is four months , according to the public.

The Muslim must take it away from himself and from those who need his support , from a wife or a relative , as well as a slave.

And its conditions : Islam , and the existence of what is preferred for its strength , the strength of its dependents , and its original needs on the day and night of Eid.

Her judgment is cleansing the fasting person from what may have occurred in his fast , from the language and ruth , And to enrich the poor and the poor on the day of the feast and bring pleasure to them , It shows the grace of God to the enslaved person.

* Second: Eid prayers :

It is Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Fitr , both of which have a legitimate occasion , Eid al-Fitr on the occasion of the end of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan , and al-Adha on the occasion of the conclusion of the tenth of Dhu al-Hijjah , and it is called Eid , because it returns , and is repeated in its time.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered them to be performed even by women , but it is the order of menstruation to retire from the prayer , and from the scholars who strengthen it as an obligatory eye.

Among the most important conditions : are time entry , the presence of the considered number (three people and more) , and settlement.

It is permissible to pray in the desert outside the building, and it is permissible to pray in the mosque , from an excuse such as rain , high wind , etc.

And time as the prayer due after sunrise as the shaft to the time of the Meridian , and enacted to speed up the sacrifice in the first time , delay the mushroom.

* Eid prayer recipe :

Then recite the Fatihah , then in the first at the top , and in the second at the ghashiya , or(S) , and (Moon) , and the position of the khutbah in the Eid prayer after the prayer , not a cent for those who missed it to spend it.

3. It is permissible for a Muslim to beautify , wash , wear the best clothes , wear early and walk , do more dhikr , pray Takbeer and praise Allah for his blessings and thanks to him , and go against the way.
4. It is Sunnah to preach during the Eid prayer a comprehensive sermon covering all matters of religion , urging them to pay Zakat al-Fitr , showing them what they go out , wishing them a sacrifice , and showing them its rulings , and the woman has a share in them.

It is okay for people to congratulate each other on the day of Eid , saying to others : we have accepted Allah and you are good deeds , and the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) have done so by showing pride and joy in the face of those who meet him.
