1-Ingredients This is the recipe:
- Quarter kilo of meatballs.
- Two large onions , finely chopped.
- 2 large green pumpkins.
- Colorful falafel.
- A pinch of red framage is optional.
- 2 grated carrots.
- Spices : salt , al-ibazar , ginger , Tahmasp or red pepper.
- A little olive oil.
- A bit of metal.
- 3 cloves of garlic.
2-How to prepare the filling of This is the recipe:
At first , we prepare a medium-sized frying pan in order to mix the elements.
Put the chopped onion first in the pan , then add the ginger and then almadnos and a little al-ibazar and red pepper and a pinch of salt.
Then add two tablespoons of green olive oil to the mixture , and stir the ingredients well.
Then add the colored falafel and chopped carrots , and put the pan after stirring the ingredients in a low heat until well leveled.
After 5 to 6 minutes, add the green pumpkin and meat filling to the mixture for easy cooking.
3-ingredients of Turkish pie dough:
- 400 g white flour.
- A little warm water.
- A little useful.
- Half a glass of olive oil.
- A tablespoon of bread yeast.
- Two tablespoons or two tablespoons of NIDO milk.
- A tablespoon of snide sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
4-How to prepare the recipe dough:
At first , we put in a large bowl 400g of white flour or vino , add a little useful and half a glass of olive oil , then start moving the dough by hand or robot for the dough.
After that , start adding warm water until the dough hardens well.
We massage the dough well by hand and leave it in a vase until it is brewed.
After 10 minutes , we notice that the dough has doubled in size , which is proof that it is ready.
Cut the dough in half in order to make the bottom in a frying pan or a special mole for this.
Put the first part of the dough in the mall , then add the whole filling in the center of the dough accompanied by Red mag.
Then put the second layer of dough on top of the filling in order to form a large bread , as you can see in the picture above.
