Among the Moroccan soups that can be considered one of the best recipes that are presented on the iftar table hour ears or dinner time , and known for its distinctive taste , and famous for its quality in Moroccan cuisine , and attended by Moroccan women , especially in the holy month of Ramadan or in other months of the year , because it is considered one of which the kids love before the adults.

* Basic ingredients for This recipe :

  • Head of a whale or fish. 
  • The leaf of our master Moses or as it is called (bay leaf). 
  • The throne of his grass is Azure. 
  • A bit of thymus. 
  • Two tablespoons of his herb thyme. 
  • One whale connective. 
  • 2 cinnamon sticks. 
  • A pinch of salt. 
  • A bundle of celery. 
  • A bit of Casper. 
  • A little white flour or cream.

* To decorate : I added both , red knitted framage and a bit of toast news.

* How to prepare This recipe :

In the beginning and over low heat we prepare a medium-sized pressure cooker , put in it a small amount of water with the head of the whale or fish.

Immediately after putting the head of the whale in the pot , clean it all the paper of our master Moses or as it is called bay leaf in Arabic , then the throne of Azir and thyme , and do not forget about the whale and cinnamon sticks , and a pinch of salt and thyme.


Having finished putting these ingredients and herbs , we proceed to stir the elements a little , and leave them all and as we said on low heat until cooked.


* For reference: the cooking time is 15 minutes.

After the time allotted for cooking , we filter the water from the breaded herbs , and keep the whale bras in a separate pot to remove the pieces of meat from it.

* Final preparation of this recipe:

At this semi-final stage , we take the cooking pot , and put in it that filtered water before , and those pieces of Whale Head meat , as well as add to them both celery and alzobar and a little flour.


We continue to stir the elements well until they merge with each other.


* For reference: you can add moon and Calamar to the soup , to increase the coffee.
