Soupe traditionnelle ou marocaine harira

Ingredients of this recipe:

  • A glass of chickpeas. 
  • A kilo of soft tomatoes or tomatoes. 
  • A tablespoon of concentrated tomato solution. 
  • Half a glass of lentils. 
  • Half a glass of yellow rice. 
  • Minced meat-optional-.
  • A bit of Kravis. 
  • A bit of Casper and Mineralogy. 
  • A small onion is knitted. 
  • Half a glass of vegetable oil. 
  • Liter of water. 
  • A few whiskers of free saffron.
  • A pinch of salt.
Spices: skengbir + ibzar + cinnamon sticks + kharkhum.

How to prepare Moroccan harira:

1- The first stage of preparation:

At first, we put in a large pressure cooker, rubbed onions, and then add to it minced meat.

After that , add the kraves and almadnos on top of the mixture, and then the free saffron bristles after leaving them in a small glass of water to extract the flavor of saffron.

Stir the mixture well until the ingredients merge, then add the chickpeas, lentils, and rice after washing well in the mixture.

Then add the cinnamon sticks with all the spices mentioned above, and do not forget to put a little oil and salt.

Finally, pour a liter of water over the mixture, stir well, and close the pressure cooker, which we put on low heat for 45 minutes.

2- The second stage of preparation:

At this stage, we will prepare tomatoes that we will add to the saucepan.

We grind a kilo of soft tomatoes in a large bowl, add a tablespoon of concentrated tomato solution and a little salt and water and stir well, to get a homogeneous tomato juice.

After 45 minutes of cooking, add tomato juice to the pan ingredients.

And do not forget to add a couple of tablespoons of white flour mixed with water well to the pan until the elements Harden among themselves.

The final form of the recipe:

After 5 minutes with continuous stirring in the cooker, we empty it into a large pot with the intended dumplings and the final shape as in the picture above.
