* Description Ingredients:


Sweet cupcake


  •     One egg.
  •     Half a cup of oil.
  •     Half a cup of milk.
  •     Half a cup of (Sanida) sugar.
  •     Khenisha from vanilla.
  •     A pinch of salt.
  •     A teaspoon of vinegar.
  •     Khenisha from the yeast of sweets.
  •     A cup of white flour.
  •    To decorate: bitter cocoa + a little chocolate or honeyed fruit pieces.

* How to prepare the dough :


In the beginning, we prepare a large bowl to mix the ingredients, or you can use the electric mixer.

  1. Put one egg in this bowl, then add half a cup of sugar and half a cup of vegetable oil.
  2. Add half a cup of milk, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of vinegar to the ingredients.
  3. After that, we add a khneisha of vanilla to the mixture, and the yeast for sweets we add on top of the white flour.
  4. After we mix the ingredients well, we add a cup of white flour to the dough component and start mixing them well, until they are in harmony with each other.
  5. After we made the white flour in the last stage, we add it to the mixture, spoon by spoon, until we feel the dough has started to form.
  6. Immediately after that, we bring custom pastry molds, in which we empty that dough.

* How to prepare a cupcake :


After we have placed the pastry molds, we begin to empty the dough into those molds, in an equal amount, until they are all filled, as shown in the image above.

And to decorate the cupcake sweet, we bring these molds filled with dough, and decorate them with pieces of chocolate, whether it is black or white chocolate, or with bitter cocoa powder.
